In 2026, F1 enters a bold new era with revised aerodynamics, new engines, and FIA-compliant 100% sustainable fuel, a ‘drop-in’ solution that can be used in existing F1 combustion engines with few modifications.
Aramco supplies lower-carbon fuels to Formula 2, Formula 3, and the F1 Academy today and, in 2026, it will exclusively provide Aramco ProForce+ fuel to the Aston Martin Aramco F1 Team.
The 2025 US GP weekend also  marked a first as the Aston Martin Aramco F1 car sports a one-off livery for the race. This design makes the normally unseen science of F1 evident on the AMR25 F1 car, including F1-related scientific formulae, to shine a light on the people working behind the technology and the next generation of STEM professionals.
Aramco’s employees at its United States headquarters in Houston witnessed Aston Martin Aramco driver and two-time world champion Fernando Alonso unveil the livery alongside Ali A. Al-Meshari, senior vice president of Technology Oversight and Coordination at Aramco.
The 2025 US GP week also saw Aramco launch the Aramco STEM Challenge 2025. This programme gives students aged 18-25 around the world the chance to win a STEM experience at the Aston Martin Racing Technology Campus, part of Aston Martin Aramco’s headquarters in Silverstone, United Kingdom. https://sponsorships.aramco.com/amf1/STEM-Challenge-2025/Enter the competition here.

“This US GP weekend marks the team’s first livery takeover with our title partner, Aramco,” explained Andy Cowell, Aston Martin Aramco CEO and team principal.
“Together, we are highlighting science, innovation, and the people who bring the car to life. We’re excited to see the livery on track and proud to showcase the next phase of our partnership, with Aramco set to play an integral role for our racecar in 2026.”
Al-Meshari added: “This historic moment is an opportunity to celebrate the dedication of the people at Aramco who are developing advanced innovative technologies for use in motorsport and the wider automotive industry.
“For more than 90 years, Aramco has combined imagination, science, and engineering to solve challenges people thought were impossible. Through our partnership with Aston Martin, we are testing innovative new fuels and materials that could help advance transportation on and off the race track. These exciting efforts will be on display at the 2025 United States Grand Prix."
