Lindblad, who raced for Campos Racing in 2025 and earned a promotion to F1 in 2026, won the Aramco Best Performance Award.

He took sprint race victory in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and became the youngest-ever F2 race winner at 17 years and 254 days. Lindblad followed that up with victory in the Spanish sprint race and a win in the final sprint of the season at Yas Marina Circuit.

“It was pretty special, and it was nice to get the record in F2 like I did in F3. I was just happy to win the race though. It was a lot of fun, around an amazing track and the Campos guys gave me an amazing car,” said Lindblad at the awards ceremony.

“I’m very excited for what comes next. When I started this journey out at five, my goal was to become a Formula 1 driver. For that to come true at such a young age, I’m extremely happy.

“It’s all come very quick, so I’ve got a lot to learn, it’s going to be difficult but I’m super looking forward to it.”

Meanwhile, F3 champion Camara won the Aramco Best Rookie Award.

Camara won the F3 championship with Trident and will race in F2 with the reigning teams’ champion Invicta Racing in 2026.

“It’s very nice to be recognised with this award. It’s very special. We had great people working together and it makes everything easier, but at the same time, we all know how difficult F3 and F2 are, they’re very high-level championships," said Camara at the prizegiving ceremony.

“It was a great season, great people around me and it was nice to win the title and hopefully we can do another good one next year.”
